Our Demands
At the local public hearing and in its decision-making on the Century OGDP, we ask the Commission to acknowledge our community demands and require the Verdad to take additional steps to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the Windsor, Severance, and Timnath communities.

On Monday, November 2, we submitted our official request to ask the Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC) to hold a local public hearing on Verdad’s Century pad, so Windsor, Severance, and Timnath residents can be heard before the state makes its decision.
